Absolute Celebrations Catering was founded in July of 2011 by French Culinary Institute Alumni Chef Ryan Martinez and Event Producer Cleodia Francisco in San Ramon, California.

The goal of the organization is to combine delicious, gourmet food and attentive catering services to bring value to clients and their guests.
