Let us help you create a fun and delicious party for all to remember. There are a number of catering service options to choose from:
Drop-Off

This option is great for those who just want something easy and casual.
- Food is delivered to your venue in disposable chafing dishes for hot items, and black plastic platters for cold items
- Applicable serving utensils, paper and plastic products (napkins, plates, utensils, etc.) are provided upon request
- Arrangement/Set-Up of your buffet table upon delivery
- Minimum order: $ 500 worth of food
Upgraded Drop-Off

This option is great for those who want to take things up a notch in terms of elegance and presentation, but don't need their event staffed.
- Food is delivered to your venue in stainless steel chafing dishes and ceramic platters and glass containers
- Applicable stainless steel serving utensils
- Applicable paper and plastic products (napkins, plates, utensils, etc.) are provided upon request OR you can upgrade to "real" china, glassware and flatware for a small fee
- We pick-up the rental items at an agreed-upon later time
- Option to rent other items such as tables, chairs and linens
- Minimum order: $ 500 worth of food
***This works well for parties of up to 60 guests. Beyond that, we highly recommend opting for full-service catering instead.
Full-Service

If you want "The Works," and feel like a guest at your own party, this is the option for you.
- Limitless menu options as we are able to customize food according to your diet or theme
- Option to do Plated Service, Oneida Strata Buffet, Stations, Family Style or Cocktails
- Your event will be staffed by professional servers, bartenders and on-site cooks so you're free to mingle and enjoy your event together with your guests
- We will help you set-up not just the food but also rentals from us, including tables, chairs and linens
- Here's the best part: we clean up!
- Minimum order: $ 2,000 worth of food and service
